If you enjoyed the list of Best of Facebook's Farmville Cheats I wrote awhile back, you may enjoy this wiki page named Farmviller. I ran across this website from a tweet on Twitter by someone who has the name Farmviller in the Halloween discussion on that social networking website.

I have provided the main page of this wiki webpage. I also included the Halloween items and the art layouts listed for Farmville. The Halloween add-ons for Farmville is how I came to find this webpage through Twitter. As I was checking out the wiki page, Farmviller, I found the main page and thought it would be nice to have it on this list. As I was looking through the main category list for this wiki, I noticed the art section. That peaked my curiosity. As I was looking through all of the art layouts, I thought that was a cool addition to Farmville. I just had to point that out as well in this list.

I'm not sure exactly why this wiki content excited me so much that I had to share this website with you. I knew I had to point it out to all of you who play Farmville. I hope it brings you a lot of fun and a huge success in playing Farmville.

NOTE: Be sure to check out the website listed below for updates on additions for Farmville.

Farmviller List of Halloween Items for Farmville

With the popularity of Farmville on social network sites like Facebook and Myspace, you can now add Halloween items to your Farmville application. I am not surprised that there are Halloween add-ons for this popular game.

Someone has created a Farmviller website that allows you to see all the Halloween items available for your Farmville game. You can choose from a haunted house, three different jack-o-lanterns, fence, tombstones, trees, and a few other things that will help your farm go bump in the night.

The Halloween add-ons for Farmville are as unique to the game as the game itself is. The website that shows you all of the add-ons has a picture, the cost, experience level, sell price, and days available. You can click on any of the name links for the items to gain further information about them. The Halloween items isn't the only information about Farmville items listed on the Farmviller website.

Farmviller List of Art Layouts for Farmville

I had only played this game a few times. Since I haven't played Farmville as much as many of you who do, I didn't realize you could set your farm layout in a picture form. Did you? Looking at some of the art layouts for the farms, this part of the application is a neat addition to your farm.

If you click on the link above for art layouts for Farmville, you will see the compiled list of how you can turn your Farmville farm into an art project with your fields and other items of the game. This link has a long list of different art layouts you can use for your farm. I don't see any instructions on this website showing how you can set up any of the art layouts, but I suspect there are instructions on the game that can tell you how to do this. If there isn't, I would suggest clicking on one of the pictures to find out who the Farmville player is that submitted the art and find out from them.

I've been playing a lot of FarmVille on Facebook this month and I learned a lot so I decided to start a little blog of everything I'm doing in the game. It's a very simple game to play but at first I was a little lost. You can follow a lot of different paths in Farmville depending on how much you like to play. I made some goofy moves at first because I didn't really know what I was doing.

If you're on Facebook you've at least heard of Farmville even if you have never tried it out. You are a farmer and you get your own farm where you can grow crops, raise animals, or plant and harvest trees. You can also decorate your farm with lots of cool items and I think decorating is half the fun. It's cool to see what some people can create when decorating their farms.

The main point of the game is to plant stuff and earn coins. You earn higher levels in the game by doing this stuff, which earns you experience points. With the new levels come more crops that you can plant and the crops you earn at higher levels are much better.

I don't want you to make the same dumb mistakes I did early on so I will post everything I know here. I think these tips will help anyone who's just getting started out in Farmville.

Complete Guide to Chickens for Farmville

Anyone checking a Farmville farm will often expect to see and appreciate a coop or barnyard full of chickens. Although it is common knowledge between the mass of Farmville professionals that crops will maximize your XP and coin earnings, getting chickens on your farm adds fun and amusement to the gaming experience. The latest addition to Farmville, the Chicken coops, has made rearing chickens in the farm all the more challenging and thrilling as well.

Here are a number of basics about the chickens. There are currently four different colors/levels of chickens in the game: the normal white chicken, brown chickens, black chickens, and the golden chicken. Everyone close to you knows exactly what to give you if you are a frequent FarmVille player: chickens have most likely been your gifts on a lot of occasions. To increase your returns, you could place the chickens inside a coop that you purchase though it is absolutely OK to let them run around the farm.

The Farmville chicken coop is a straight forward 5×3 building that you can obtain in FarmVille for 5,000 coins. Just choose an appropriate spot on your property for it to reside and then your chickens will get a wonderful, brand-new house. An individual can mix and match many sorts of chickens, as the coop may well hold up to twenty. You can certainly appreciate the benefit of harvesting all your chickens at the same time, with the help of a chicken coop. You may even reap the benefit of special gifts from the Farmville chicken coops in the form of mystery eggs. Finally, if you have a chicken coop, friends can visit your farm and feed your chickens for extra coins and XP. The black chickens harvest sooner when compared to the 1-day harvest time of the rest of the chickens.

The rewards you can earn from harvesting mystery eggs from your chickens via coops are varied. Most of the time, you'll get a regular chicken of the same color as the chicken that provided the egg in farmile. However, there will be times when you'll win some odd prizes such as flamingoes, garden gnomes, fuel and, possibly, a hot tub!! Every time that people visit your farm they can feed your chickens for coins and XP; and, they can receive an opportunity to discover mystery eggs.

A great point to also remember about chicken coops is that the very first chicken set inside establishes the percentage completion. So if you have got extra chickens outside your coop that are set to harvest, you could use a straightforward cheat to get additional harvests out of your chickens. Here's how it works: first harvest your coop and then empty it completely. Next, place the 19 chickens you already harvested back inside the coop, and then put one of the chickens from outside that is ready to harvest back inside the coop All 20 chickens can now be harvested again! Although it can be a little monotonous and tiresome to constantly move chickens in and out of your coop, this is a great technique to increase your odds of having mystery eggs or even to earn your Zoology ribbons in the game.

All About Chickens on FarmVille

Who wouldn't want to see lots of chickens pecking their way around the FarmVille farm? Although it is common knowledge amongst the majority of Farmville pros that crops will maximize your XP and coin earnings, putting chickens on your farm lends fun and entertainment to the gaming experience. With the recent introduction of chicken coops to farms in FarmVille, the whole process of raising chickens in the game got a lot more complicated, and much more fun!

Here a few fundamentals concerning poultry. The game uses a particular color of chicken for each level, so they can be white, brown, black, or gold. If you've played FarmVille for a while, you've probably received chickens in the past as gifts from friends and neighbors. To increase your returns, you could place the chickens inside a coop that you purchase though it is absolutely OK to let them run around the farm.

With a paltry 5,000 coins, you can purchase a chicken coop building that measures 5×3 spaces. You can place it anywhere you like on your farm, and you place your chickens inside it. You can mix and match various types of chickens, as the coop can contain as many as twenty. You can enjoy the benefit of harvesting all your chickens simultaneously, with the help of chicken coop. Another major advantage is that chickens in coops each have a chance of laying mystery eggs, which provide special gifts. Your chicken coop enables you to entertain your friends to feed your chickens in your farm for extra coins and XP The white, brown, and golden chickens have a harvest time of 1 day, and the black chickens harvest a little faster.

You earn many kinds of prizes from your chickens when you collect their mystery eggs from your coops. Most of the time, you'll get a regular chicken of the same color as the chicken that provided the egg. But sometimes, you'll get some strange prizes, such as flamingoes, garden gnomes, fuel, and even a hot tub! And now that friends can visit your farm and feed your chickens for coins and XP, they also get a chance to find mystery eggs in your coop each time they stop by.

A good thing to remember about chicken coops is that the initial chicken put inside determines the percentage completion. So if you have extra chickens outside your coop that are ready to harvest, you can use a simple cheat to get additional harvests out of your chickens. Here's how it works: first harvest your coop and then empty it completely. Next, place one of the chickens from outside that is ready to harvest inside the coop, and then put 19 of the chickens you already harvested back inside. All 20 chickens can now be harvested again! Although it can be a little monotonous and tiresome to constantly move chickens in and out of your coop, this is a great technique to maximize your chances of getting mystery eggs or even to earn your Zoology ribbons in the game.

The Best Crops to Plant in Farmville

If you've been playing Farmville for a while, you know that the best way to make coins is the most obvious: farm crops! Trees and animals can be a welcome diversion from planting seeds, but the best way to consistently earn lots of coins in Farmville is to concentrate on growing crops. There are so many different types of seeds to choose from, and you might be wondering what you should choose. Now you don't have to think too much about it, because what follows is a list of the best seeds to plant for coins.

How to Figure It Out

First, a quick work on the methodology. It's really just basic math that looks at the cost of each crop and how much it sells for, which then determines the profit per plot of ground. Then we calculate the time it takes to grow each crop to arrive at the effective yield of the crop measured in coins per hour. Remember to pick the best crop that matches your play pattern. It doesn't make much sense to grow crops with a short planting cycle if you can't play Farmville several times per day.

The Top Five Crops

  • Tomatoes – 7.25 coins/hour
  • Sugar Cane – 7.37 coins/hour
  • Grapes – 7.39 coins/hour
  • Asparagus – 7.63 coins/hour
  • Peas – 7.65 coins/hour

Level Up with Speed in Farmville

There's a lot of options on leveling quickly in Farmville, making it a bit of an art. If you follow a simple and consistent strategy, you can easily breeze past all your friends on Facebook with these straightforward Farmville cheats.

Ribbons are a great way to earn both coins and experience points (XP). There are some good ribbons to aim for right when you start the game. First, earn the Local Celebrity ribbon by getting 50 friends. This requires no effort whatsoever and yields a quick 180 XP and 18,500 coins.

Next, go to your Farmville news feed section and look at your friends' posts. Some posts will have the option to adopt a pet. Adopt 2 pets to unlock the Animal Shelter ribbon. Also, be sure to help your fellow farmers whenever you can, and you'll be granted the Good Samaritan ribbon, worth 425 XP,experience points and 18,500 coins.

Many of the other ribbons will be awarded as you progress naturally through the game. Of course, ribbons are only a piece of the overall pie. Farmville is all about crops, so it makes sense that most of your experience will come from them.

Some crops are a complete waste of time and will slow down your leveling drastically. A great example is artichokes. These might sound like an interesting crop to grow, but the rate of XP and coin growth from artichokes is one of the worst in the game. While your friends are wasting their time on artichokes, follow this simple group of “cash crops” from top to bottom for optimum leveling speed:

  1. Strawberries: these are an obvious choice if you can log into Farmville frequently; these are a great choice for planting right up to level 15 or so if you're able to harvest them often.
  2. Pumpkins and Rice: choose rice if you have large gaps between your Farmville sessions, as it takes longer to grow. Plant pumpkins at night, wake up, and harvest them in the morning.
  3. Raspberries: if you can log on to harvest every couple of hours, raspberries are great for quick XP. If not, avoid raspberries and stick to pumpkins and rice.
  4. Blueberries: get rid of the pumpkins once you get these.
  5. Grapes: If you're time-constrained and can only play Farmville about once a day, grapes are a good crop choice. If you're a casual player, they're worth a shot.
  6. Tomatoes: You really can't go wrong with tomatoes. Start planting them when you hit level 20. They have a midrange growth time and are among the most profitable crops in the game.

Crops will earn you free XP, and are really what the game is all about. However, if you have coins to spare, you can effectively buy XP.

What to purchase depends largely on how much XP you have left before you reach the next level. Are you within 100 XP of your next level? Then purchase some hay bales at 100 coins apiece. At 5 XP apiece, this is a cheap way to close the gap on the next level. If you have further to go until the next level, buy something larger, such as a vehicle or a barrel wagon.

Sticking with the strategy outlined above will help you level faster, but remember that the point of the game is to have fun, so feel free to deviate from the plan in the name of experimentation. Your decisions should vary according to the amount of time you can invest in the game, especially when it comes to selecting which crops to grow and harvest.
